What do I need to do before the appointment?
Please view the “Prepare Your Home” tab and be sure to share this information with the homeowners so that the home is ready to shoot when the photographer gets there.
Please note, I am unable to photograph homes with any biohazards (fleas, bedbugs, mold, recent fumigation, etc.)

What is your turnaround time?
Guaranteed turnaround time is next-day delivery on all orders except virtual staging and slideshow videos.
How long will the photoshoot take?
On average, a typical photoshoot can last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.
The total duration will depend on the property size and the complexity of your purchase.
A more accurate estimate based on the property’s specifics can be provided.
What if I don’t like my photos?
If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with the photos, I will either re-shoot the home according to your preference, or you may return the photos for a full refund.
What areas do you service?
I currently service Naples, Marco Island, & Bonita Springs, with plans to expand in the near future to Fort Myers & Cape Coral.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me at (239)380-4144.
There is no fee to cancel or reschedule.
What if the weather is bad?
If you know ahead of time that the weather is going to be bad and you want to reschedule, you can simply cancel your current appointment and make a new one, no charge. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume the shoot is still on as scheduled.
If the weather takes a last-minute turn and the exterior cannot be photographed due to rain or wind, I will simply return at an agreed upon time to get those photos separately.
How do I receive the photos and pay you?
All payment is handled on the website that you book your appointment on.
After the shoot, you will be emailed a link to a page where you can download your content.
