What do I need to do before the appointment?

  • Please view the “Prepare Your Home” tab and be sure to share this information with the homeowners so that the home is ready to shoot when the photographer gets there.

  • Please note, I am unable to photograph homes with any biohazards (fleas, bedbugs, mold, recent fumigation, etc.)

  • Please help me help you.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Guaranteed turnaround time is next-day delivery on all orders except virtual staging and slideshow videos.

How long will the photoshoot take?

  • On average, a typical photoshoot can last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.

  • The total duration will depend on the property size and the complexity of your purchase.

  • A more accurate estimate based on the property’s specifics can be provided.

What if I don’t like my photos?

  • If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with the photos, I will either re-shoot the home according to your preference, or you may return the photos for a full refund.

What areas do you service?

  • I currently service Naples, Marco Island, & Bonita Springs, with plans to expand in the near future to Fort Myers & Cape Coral.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

  • If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me at (239)380-4144.

  • There is no fee to cancel or reschedule.

What if the weather is bad?

  • If you know ahead of time that the weather is going to be bad and you want to reschedule, you can simply cancel your current appointment and make a new one, no charge. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume the shoot is still on as scheduled.

  • If the weather takes a last-minute turn and the exterior cannot be photographed due to rain or wind, I will simply return at an agreed upon time to get those photos separately.

How do I receive the photos and pay you?

  • All payment is handled on the website that you book your appointment on.

  • After the shoot, you will be emailed a link to a page where you can download your content.
